I love this song. Wale tried to make hits on his last album, but failed miserably with Chillin. This is the type of song that he needs to get him into the mainstream. I'm hoping once he get's there he stays true to his lyrics and core following though. It's known that every major label artist must have: a song for the chickens, and a club banger. So I can not fault him for making this type of music, esp when it knocks. But here's hoping on his next album songs like shades, contemplate, and momma told me will not go astray.
Here is my favorite song off Rozays ashes to ashes mixtape.. It features the DMV's own and this is the type of production I am looking forward to seeing Wale on.. Below is the official video which just dropped earlier today.
nooowww about this song.. I am not to fond of this type of ish right here.. but maybe he's trying to grow his southern fan base, cuz the south is lowkey killing the game right now..
I just dunno...
