George Carlin is far from my favorite comedian, but he has some good points in this clip. This is very controversial at some points, and I do not endorse the whole spiel, but I'm certain you can take something a way from this. As a gentleman that just had a minor bout with the law, I completely agree with the section about law enforcement. If you got 9+ minutes and see what y'all think..
