Tom Hank drops knowledge on the 2011 class at Yale and this is something everyone can benefit from in my humble opinion. He told it like it is and I respect that.
He tells a great story from 12:20~17:00 about dealing with fear, the number one killer of creativity.
So at a basic level I will try not to cockblock myself in my up and coming plans, you should do the same.
