I've been seeing crop tops everywhere lately. This 90's staple is back and bigger than ever, because lets face it— Who DIDN'T love the 90's?
They are often worn with high wasted jean shorts... which are now also "back." Even though they may seem kind of hipsterish I feel like if you're whole ensemble has elements of your own style, you can avoid looking like you belong reading poetry in a coffee shop
